I have been studying martial arts since 1987ish. My toolbox has several styles and advanced degrees. I have competed in everything from full-contact karate to MMA. I still compete in a few Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu tournaments each year and plan to continue this passion until I am 80+!
Martial Arts Instructor
I began teaching martial arts in 2001. I have taught thousands of students Tang Soo Do, Brazillian Jiu Jitsu, and Parkour. Recently, I distilled all of my martial arts knowledge into a single martial art called Lion’s Light Karate. Although I no longer teach after-school karate…private lessons, and self-defense seminars are still bookable. Lion’s Light Karate Seminars are coming soon!
